Your kit typically arrives 2–4 days before your event. You’ll get tracking updates once it ships. We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to guarantee availability.
Yes. A refundable deposit is collected when you book.
As long as the kit is returned on time and in good working condition, your deposit is fully refunded.
You must drop off the return package no later than 2 days after your event. This ensures your film is fresh for processing and that the camera is available for the next renter.
